Dealing with Criticism

How do you react when you get criticism from your manager? Do you become defensive or are you open to listening to their feedback? Here are some tips:

  1. Be professional and identify the real issue (be direct)

  2. Ask questions to get specific answers (e.g., how am I supposed to…? What exactly? Can you give me some examples?)
