Why work with me?
1. Career coaching has been my complete focus over the past 8 years
This is what I do all day, every day. And I’ve been doing it for over 8 years.
I listen to clients and help them figure out what they’re good at. We discuss what they want to do next and the best strategies for achieving their goals. I partner with them on everything from deciding the direction to take and updating their CVs to providing positive and constructive feedback on interview techniques, among other issues. I even help clients come up with some of the answers to interview questions and how to phrase them appropriately.
2. Experience working with thousands of clients
Really? Yeah, really!
My goal from the start was always to learn quickly by working with as many people as possible and discover what worked well so that I’d gain experience as quickly as possible and be of the most value to my clients. This approach has allowed me to identify the root cause of clients’ challenges, save time by making effective decisions early and employ the most beneficial course of action that yields results.
3. Personal touch and proven results
I work hard to ensure that each client has the best experience possible. I care a lot about the results they get, how they feel about their next steps and their hopes for the future. I want each client to feel empowered, motivated and more confident by the end of the sessions. Rest assured; there’s no magic, just hard work.
My clients' results over the years demonstrate that the process works and that they’re satisfied with their investment in the coaching process. The reviews were posted by my previous clients and available on third-party websites: Google and LinkedIn.
4. Efficient and effective process
I’ve created online resources, templates and videos to provide you with all the information you need to progress your career. This is the most efficient way to discover and study the best tips, strategies and techniques on your own time, allowing us to focus on your individual needs during each of the sessions. All of the sessions are results orientated, and we’re always working with your ultimate goal in mind.
5. Convenient time and location
You choose the times you want to work with me based on my online calendar and simply sign in to Zoom for all the sessions. It couldn’t be easier—no need to sit in traffic, navigate public transport or take time off work to have our meetings. You can do meetings in the morning before work or during the day—whatever suits you best, from the comfort of your home or office.

I’m currently doing all sessions through Zoom.

No, I don’t do psychometric or personality tests because I don’t find them useful or effective. I listen to my clients closely to discover what’s important to them; what they’re concerned about and how they would feel comfortable moving forward. Then, I help them to prepare and take the next steps. I maintain contact throughout the process to ensure that clients feel fully supported.
-
Typically, on the call, I’ll ask questions like:
What do you want to get out of the sessions?
What’s your biggest challenge?
Where are you getting stuck?
Do you have any other concerns?
Do you have any questions for me?
-
If you are not satisfied after your first hour of coaching, I’ll give you a full refund.
-
Sure! I can help you write them or simply write them for you with your input during the sessions. I do this by asking questions and making suggestions while writing them in front of you. You can review what I’m writing in real-time to make sure it’s accurate and you like it.
