The idea behind the Women's Leadership Initiative is simple: Understand the challenge. Enable the solution. Lead the change.
The main goals of the initiative are:
Understand the multifaceted challenge by creating the space for experience and know-how exchange, and by creating impulses to think beyond the established frameworks and "thinking boxes";
Enable the solution by providing professional development trainings to help the WLI members achieve their professional goals;
Lead the change by supporting the members in becoming inspiring leaders – be it formal and informal -, within their areas of activity and beyond.
