Often, when people want to change jobs, one of the main difficulties they face involves feeling stuck in the same position because it’s all they’ve ever done. And while this may be true in some instances, it’s not true that they don’t have any skills that could be used in other positions — transferable skills in other words. Remember that whenever you go to a new workplace or company, you have to learn the details of the new position.
